The evtest/libinput debug-events behavior on Manjaro to narrow where the bouncing should™ not occur.

Heya, sorry I didn't forgot this thread, but after some problems I got with my other Manjaro computer and lack of time, I couldn't be able to fulfill your question.
Isn't there another way to solve my problem?

You could test the manjaro live system - or any live distro where this doesn't occur.

I think I have the a same problem for a few weeks now.
At the time I'm writing this post I still haven't tried to downgrade, but this phenomena roughly occurs as long as I am on 5.12.15.
In my case it affects any programs, not just the browser. At first, I though my mouse (wheel) is broken. The mouse is not even 6 months old, it is not too probable, but it can happen.
But, I realized it also happens on my other, secondary laptop with another older mouse. Otherwise, the same, up-to-date arch install, same DE (xfce) and as same settings as it is possible.
When I sliding the wheels, sometimes it "jumps" back and forth, see:
event15 POINTER_AXIS +24.460s vert -15.00/-1* horiz 0.00/0 (wheel)
event15 POINTER_AXIS +25.436s vert -15.00/-1* horiz 0.00/0 (wheel)
event15 POINTER_AXIS +25.989s vert -15.00/-1* horiz 0.00/0 (wheel)
event15 POINTER_AXIS +26.797s vert -15.00/-1* horiz 0.00/0 (wheel)
event15 POINTER_AXIS +26.812s vert -15.00/-1* horiz 0.00/0 (wheel)
event15 POINTER_AXIS +26.820s vert 15.00/1* horiz 0.00/0 (wheel)
I slide it relatively slowly and evenly, but at some point, there are 2 sudden jumps.
Sometimes (I couldn't catch it), it simply slides in the reverse direction first, the jumps a large one into the right direction at once.
edit: might be worth to mention, both mice are 2.4G wireless and the touchpad does not seem to be affected.

Isn't there directly a way to find a solution to my mouse? It's making me crazy.

Is it a MosArt rodent as well?

Voodoo?
You want to solve a problem w/o even isolating the cause. That's not a thing in the real world.

I made the experiment you said me to do on Manjaro, and I just realized finally that my mouse is mostly doing this everywhere.
I don't know why, as far as I know my mouse is not broken or something... I just cannot get how it's happening.
However, other mouses are perfectly using their middle button.
Will probably send it for repair soon. Thanks anyways.
