Does the ddrescue log suggest massive read errors (and esp. on the head of the device)?

Edit: what's the incentive for the entire image creation? Are you trying to rescue data from a broken SD card? What happened to it? Did you accidentally blank it, then realized the mistake and aborted that?

Yes, i've formatted for error the sd card with rufus, on windows. After few seconds of rufus process i've got a blue screen and the pc going to shutdown.
