You pick what is shown in that list, if you want to refer to the driver you'd use rtw_8822be in that deny_list or if you want the use the bus id/explicitly use an active disable action rather than keeping to kernel defaults you'd add 02:00.0 to the list. But I'm assuming disabling the attempts to set it on the networking side should be sufficient.

It's been more than 18 hours now since I applied the tlp fix. Wireless is working great. So I think it actually worked. Thanks a lot to all of you. Cheers!
