To all the friendly friends who helped me so much. Thank You.
Now I have two more questions.
Firstly is my card which is 660 will not be supported on 495 and higher?
Secondly nvidia package needs to be kept on 470 or can be updated?

you need to stay on the 470xx branch yes. If previous support cycles are any indication that will get bugfix and compatibility updates for at least the next 6 years
