tried acpi_enforce to no, also compiled dell stuff exactly as you showed it..
sensors on arch default kernel show this:

mine show nothing, but I have plenty of stuff under /sys/devices/LNXSYSTM:00/LNXSYBUS:00/PNP0C0A:00/power_supply/BAT0
cat current_now
1000
cat voltage_now
12574000
and so on.. so maybe the information is already there, but in some way lm-sensors is unable to fetch it
under /proc/acpi i have no battery options and so on... maybe it's related to this..
