The Router and Extender operate on the same channel, so it's not bluetooth interference.
The router signal isn't really bad, but the repeater is MUCH better, so that might be a factor (move closer to the router)Also some APs really don't like https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Networ … domization so you could deactivate that (though it would impact both NICs)
In general you could try to stop/disable NM and connect w/ wifi-menu (netctl package) to see whether the NM config is relevant.
