Seth was asking whether the angle of the opened lid containing the screen, with respect to the laptops chassis has any effect on the artefacts.

No, a friend has the same laptop and without any artifact so I think it has any effect
And I was able to use my laptop 2 months without any issue and these artifacts came back like that, using a text editor

Because the "cable" that connects to the display is probably a flex circuit (https://www.flexiblecircuit.com/) with FFC/FPC (ZIF) connectors (https://www.amphenol-cs.com/connectors/ffc-fpc.html)
Flexing said cable might reveal microcracks in the printed copper traces. And FFC/FFP connectors work great -- when properly mated. Us ham-fisted engineers treat our technicians to lunch on occasion to thank them for mating them properly for us.
The collective thought is that you have a cable issue in your laptop that probably is covered by warranty.

I don't see the kernel you're on, but if it is 5.19 then it may be related to an Intel GuC firmware issue described here https://www.phoronix.com/news/GuC-Firmw … Linux-5.19
I had something similar (at least visually) and downgrading to 5.18 fixed the issue.
