It appears some update has fixed it. I do not know which update fixed it, but the issue no longer is on my arch install.

The current plasma-workspace is intended to carry a patch fixing this, however it happened again here on the reboot after applying that (and ironically I first saw instances of this right after my post of not seeing this)
It ultimately is some form of race condition that will need to be figured out... (FWIW I'm in no rush though as it appears to fix and restart itself automatically...)

i upgraded to kde unstable to try kde 2.56 beta (5.25.90) and the issue is still there too.

My system completely crashed today, makes now 3 times in a week.
Getting the exact same messages as all the other users.

What does "completely crashed" mean exactly? What you have posted is the same xdg-desktop-portal-kde segfault for the sddm user that has been reported multiple times which shouldn't cause any practical issue.

DE unresponsive, typical shortcuts don't work (CTRL+ALT+F4, CTRL+ALT+Backspace), system did not take input anymore.
Well, a complete crash, had to cut power with holding the case button.

Check your dmesg/journalctl -kb1 rather than user space tools for complete system freezes. I have one occasionally here but that's chromium crashing the amdgpu driver that leaves visible traces in the system log but doesn't completely disable anything.
FWIW you probably want to make a new thread, a userspace crash issue that's harmless for the majority of people is not going to completely freeze your system because it hates you in particular, you're almost certain to have a different cause for these.

I'm having this same issue. The wayland session fails to initialize and I get sent to tty. Same log error. I can boot into x11 just fine.

This error does not lead to failure to initialize the session. Post your journal after failing to to start the wayland session in a new thread
Closing to prevent further derail, the actual potential session affecting problem doesn't seem to surface, if this only crashes in SDDM for you, then this is somewhat normal currently, but harmless.
