That kernel obviously has the patch you referenced applied.

Reports there suggest that 5.17.1 worked, might have been a one-off, 6.0 kernels are broken again though some undisclosed 5.19.x kernel seems to have worked
Edit: because of https://forum.manjaro.org/t/bluetoothct … 8/4?page=2 there seem to be multiple variants all showing up under the same vendor/model - you want to check the verbose lsusb output and compare that to reports you find.
