It's good to understand how to set up native Windows games in Linux. I noticed 1503 AD that is a cool game. I recently tryed to install Oblivion I'm trying out the commercial product of Wine known as crossover which is a really cool game. Oblivion comes with Direct3d. Most stuff isn't supportive of OpenGL. The only problem is it is slow but the sound works OK. I'm going to start a thread about The Elder Scrolls Morrowind and Oblivion.

The Introversion games Darwinia and Defcon deserve a mention, as do Tremulous, Torcs and Scorched 3d.
I used to play Vendetta, but once I got X2 it was hard to justify the (very modest) subscription.
I'm a moderate, it's the mainstream that's extremist.

most def: savage! savage definetly took some time off of my productive moments.
then there's warzone2100 which I don't play often nowadays tho, neverwinter nights which works, not playing that much nwoadays either. Astromenace! great great game - tyrian on steroids if you ask me. very neat, short tho, but neat 
tremulous, wesnoth... I wish I got bothered enough to get GTA3 working. one day.
I think I had wc3+wc3-tft working, and maxpayne too. oh, and scraft+bwars as well :-)
