Neofetch is definitely more immediate but continues to slow down when it comes to GPU.

I'll update the thread with possible positive implications, if I'm allowed.

I solved it by updating the BIOS and EC from the Tuxedo site. The CPU power profiles didn't get a bug fix (I am still using the power saving profile) but now everything works as expect.
