Re: [SOLVED] Possible intel graphic problem

I found this: https://www.reddit.com/r/tuxedocomputer … t_to_work/

And indeed the benchmark has improved to obtain almost optimal results.

 ./peakperf -t 4

------------------------------------------------------
    peakperf (https://github.com/Dr-Noob/peakperf)
------------------------------------------------------
        CPU: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1165G7 @ 2.80GHz
  Microarch: Tiger Lake
  Benchmark: Tiger Lake (AVX2)
 Iterations: 1.00e+09
      GFLOP: 512.00
    Threads: 4

   Nº Time(s) GFLOP/s
    1 1.19070 430.00 *
    2 1.23185 415.63 *
    3 1.26373 405.15
    4 1.25292 408.65
    5 1.28437 398.64
    6 1.15443 443.51
    7 1.16033 441.25
    8 1.27380 401.95
    9 1.16256 440.41
   10 1.16321 440.16
   11 1.32735 385.73
   12 1.16371 439.97
------------------------------------------------------
 Average performance: 419.45 +- 21.31 GFLOP/s
------------------------------------------------------
* - warm-up, not included in average

Neofetch is definitely more immediate but continues to slow down when it comes to GPU.

I'll update the thread with possible positive implications, if I'm allowed.

Re: [SOLVED] Possible intel graphic problem

I solved it by updating the BIOS and EC from the Tuxedo site. The CPU power profiles didn't get a bug fix (I am still using the power saving profile) but now everything works as expect.

Thank you for your helpfulness.
