"Wayland is the future" - nobody said anything about the present ![]()
You might be more lucky using noveau - iff that can drive your GPU at all.
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/mutter/-/issues/2166 *suggests* that this would work when running on the intel chip and using the nvidia one as sink.
You may also try other wayland compositors if you're more curious about wayland than gnome - part of the fun is that every compositor has to implement that itself, which brings ample opportunity for more diversity… of bugs ![]()

Ah I was again scammed by youtubers like "Brodie Robertson" who always says that Wayland is ready to go, ready for production / daily life etc.. ![]()
Noveau is not for me, I need performance ![]()
Nvidia one as sink, do you mean like for PRIME offload? I cannot use it, because nvidia has still not fixed bug with screen tearing, I wrote on their forum 28th Dec 2021 as you can see https://forums.developer.nvidia.com/t/g … /185278/16 and on 23th Feb 2022, still not fixed ![]()
Even found this https://forums.developer.nvidia.com/t/5 … /257065/16 ![]()
