No, direct rendering has nothing to do with music sites online.
Also, you definitely want to strive for an xorg.conf without the 'Driver vga' section, and with the 'Driver i810' if you can get that to work. There is no reason you should need both.
Be careful with what you comment out, i don't know if it was a typo when you said you commented out the Driver vga section but neglected to comment out the EndSection line.
Also, notice that you have to update the Device line of your Screen section to whichever device you haven't commented out.
Consider trying a couple of autogenerated xorg.conf files, for example using the command "X -configure"
