OS-level won't work, they'll all require you to redirect the output one way or the other.
You could try to "export KWIN_DRM_DEVICES=/dev/dri/card1:/dev/dri/card0" to make kwin_wayland run on the nvidia GPU, but I'm not even sure it'll redirect to the IGP then.

Sorry for the long wait, I had a couple heavy college days recently.

I followed the guide, I put the line "export KWIN_DRM_DEVICES=/dev/dri/card1:/dev/dri/card0" in the file ~/.bash_profile and relogged in.

AND IT WORKED
it isn't perfect there still is some lag but I beleive it is something that I can improve on
finaly my wayland session is using the gpu and it finally isn't laggy (although not perfect it is better than wayland)
my nvidia settings still don't show the powermizer
but once again it workes

I will update the headline to put [SOLVED] into it
