The new mesa package did not resolve the issue for me.  I reverted to the kernel command line switches.

You can try to install and use https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/linux-lts61

You've a southern island chip, so alternatively you could try https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/AMDGPU … mmand_line
