Can I post a solution without asking a question?

I wanted to share some details on how I resolved some common issues with nvidia hybrid graphics
Can I make a post which has no question but simply shares the solution that worked for me?

Not in these forums. If it's a generic solution that could potentially benefit multiple users, you should consider adding an appropriate subsection to a troubleshooting section of the appropriate Wiki page.
