New package : iwinfo

Continuing to share tools with the community I am happy to share iwinfo.

This runs in any terminal and reports information about wifi device capabilities and any current connections.
It runs with network capabilities to allow scanning by members of wheel group. No privs are needed for the basic
wifi info.
