[SOLVED]Dolphin: all application associations are lost.

"Open" does not provide any options.
MIMETYPE was set by "mimeapps.list".
But Dolphin has no application associations.
Dolphin does not seem to follow the "mimeapps.list" rule.
How to get back application associations?

Are you using Dolphin without Plasma? If so, see these two threads for workarounds:
