Iwctl doesn't connecting - operation failed

I try to connect to wifi from an install medium. I can scan the network, found my SSID, but the connection phase I get error:

# station wlqn0 connect xxxxx
Passphrase ***************
Operation failed.

I found a "solution", to set the Wireless Mode from 802.11 n to 802.11 b/g, but I don'5 know how. And even duckduckgo doesn't give relevant searches.
