Couldn't fix system stuck on black screen while waking up from sleep

I am using hyprland with SDDM . I've been having this problem with suspending my laptop, It's always stuck on black screen most of the time when I try to wake it from sleep. Sometimes it works, and i am logged back into my session where I left, but most of the time i have to hard reboot using powerbutton

I think this has to do something with and can't figure out what it is

This likely has nothing to do with it and in case, the only way to fix those is a UEFI firmware update.

What's your HW? There are some known issues with this on both amdgpu and nvidia currently.

I have  AMD Ryzen 7 5800H CPU with NVIDIA RTX 3060 GPU
