You haven't even responded about the nature of your graphical.target (login screen) and also not specified your GUI session.

Post an updated xrog log, and the outputs of "loginctl session-status" and "xrandr -q"

Login to plasma wayland or (as indicated pre-edit) X11?
Did you enable "nvidia_drm.modeset=1"? Did you remvoe the xf86-video packages?
What does the xorg log look like?

This is going absolutely nowhere until you don't get the difference between "information" and "saying stuff"

I logged in on x11, and I ran this command
lspci | grep -A 2 -E "(VGA|3D)"

I'm not sure if the system is using the GPU

No idea where you got the command, but it tells absolutely nothing about the situation.

I enabled it and deleted all of the xf86-video packages but still a black screen after singing in
