Idk whether yt-dlp supports yt premium (or whether google is ok w/ that - you might lose your account for abuse when logging in w/ qt-dlp) but I've not watched YT in browsers since ages.
Another thing you should check is stuff like https://chromewebstore.google.com/detai … kgioiakgal to prevent google from sending you VP9 (depending on whether your HW supports that, thoug idk why you'd have issues w/ the 360p playback)
