In July this year a user named Rikkaneko added some information to the Arch wiki about a similar issue specifically related to AMD Ryzen 7000 series (which I have).

In my case the problematic pins were 2 and 4, so adding gpiolib_acpi.ignore_interrupt=AMDI0030:00@2,AMDI0030:00@4 to /etc/kernel/cmdline fixed the issue.

Still strange that this only happened with a secondary monitor connected, but I'm just glad it's fixed now. Also, thanks Rikkaneko and Seth for helping me debug!
