Is it the same kernel32.dll error or is it a different error?
As for me, it is:
002c:err:seh:NtRaiseException Unhandled exception code c0000005 flags 0 addr 0x6fffffc0db3f
0034:err:seh:NtRaiseException Unhandled exception code c0000005 flags 0 addr 0x6fffffc0db3f
003c:err:seh:NtRaiseException Unhandled exception code c0000005 flags 0 addr 0x6fffffc0db3f
Exactly the same as with previous wine iteration. No changes whatsoever -_-

Angelnext had this line in their output :
wine: could not load kernel32.dll, status c0000135
That was caused by lack of avx xupport and fixed now.
If your log from wine 10.9 to 10.11 doesn't show that line, you're facing a different error and should create a new thread.
Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.

Hmmm, interesting, it does seem to work for me after updating to wine 10.12, maybe there's another factor causing issues? Is it the same kernel32.dll error or is it a different error?
its the same kern32.dll

Perhaps i wasn't verbose enough.
This is the output with the old wine prefix:
002c:err:seh:NtRaiseException Unhandled exception code c0000005 flags 0 addr 0x6fffffc0db3f
0034:err:seh:NtRaiseException Unhandled exception code c0000005 flags 0 addr 0x6fffffc0db3f
003c:err:seh:NtRaiseException Unhandled exception code c0000005 flags 0 addr 0x6fffffc0db3f
When I try to create another, new wine prefix, with either: env WINEPREFIX=/home/username/.wine/ wineboot -u
or: WINEPREFIX=/home/username/.wine/ winecfg the output is:
wine: created the configuration directory '/home/username/.wine'
002c:err:seh:NtRaiseException Unhandled exception code c0000005 flags 0 addr 0x6fffffc0db3f
wine: could not load kernel32.dll, status c0000135
Which is exactly the same as before 10.12-1 and after 10.8-2. So the problem persist.

I am also experiencing the same issue.
wine version : 10.12
kernel : 6.15.6
I am unable to run World of Warcraft 3.3.5, it did run once, but with horrible lag and then only opened to a black screen from that point until now. I was able to get it running with other clients in Lutris, like Proton, but it was still very unstable and had no audio.
0128:err:environ:init_peb starting L"Z:\\home\\user\Games\\WoW\\Wow.exe" in experimental wow64 mode
0128:fixme:ntdll:NtQuerySystemInformation info_class SYSTEM_PERFORMANCE_INFORMATION
^C013c:fixme:console:default_ctrl_handler Terminating process 124 on event 0
I terminated the command, as it got stuck on a black screen doing nothing.

I was able to get everything working through Lutris running Proton experimental. I installed every optional dependency and did not install wine-ge.
I think it uses the Proton version I installed through Steam, but perhaps it installs it automatically.
I was not able to find more information regarding wine, I am aware that Proton is mostly wine

Angelnext problem started with wine 10.9 and was solved in wine 10.12 .
Anyone that still has an issue with wine 10.12 is facing a different problem and should start a new thread.
