That's very bad idea, because when users will report bugs in installation procedure, we'll must to ask them which timestamp their .iso have (they may download it from outdated mirror).
And the worst thing with arch.iso name is that it breaks distribution via BitTorrent.

That's right, didn't think about the BitTorrent issue. As I said it was the most radical aproach, seldom the best one for all purposes.
