1. I type "SysRq REISUB" or "sysrq REISUB" directly.
That's not gonna work for sure.
2. I use Alt + Print Screen REISUB.
tbc, you've to keep alt+print pressed and then r - e - i - s - u - b (wait 3s or so between each call)
In very rare cases (I think) you're not getting a 3-key rollover, ie. your keyboard cannot generate events for 3 keys pressed at the same time and in that case it's alt+sysrq,r … ie you keep alt pressed and then hit and release sysrq and the shortcut after another.
