i started install of windows xp on VM powered by qemu with kqemu, but it's so slowly ... 50% - 4 hours =\

Something is very wrong with the way you run qemu. qemu with kqemu will definitly be ~as fast (or faster) than virtualbox or vmware (my own experiences).

How did you do your benchmarking?
Because I think this matters a lot to compare these virtualization solutions?
Did you use Unixbench http://www.tux.org/pub/tux/benchmarks/System/unixbench/(performs CPU and IPC benchmarks)
or the linux benchmark suite? http://lbs.sourceforge.net/.
