the "4 viewports" screenshot is a plugin of compiz called expo; wallpaper plugin enables wallpaper per viewport functionality.
the wallpapers, I kinda made them. I just gathered images I would like on my desktop then cropped them, applied transparency on certain areas and sticked them on a gradient background. I will post upload them if you want.

* sorry about the huge "thumbnails" hehe smile
