I don't get it, you're doing something wrong. You have to be. There should be no reason for gcc to look in /usr/include for jsapi.h. Especially if you're using the above pkgbulid in AUR. Let's try this from start again:
Create a brand new directory. Download the PKGBUILD to this empty directory. run makepkg not versionpkg. If the build fails, show me the error, and post the contents of src/libwpad-build/configure.ac.

*with gnome-proxy now,
When I launch it, I have this :

Know, could you help me to see why networkmanager <> gnome-proxy daemon profile system doesn't work?
Really for test, i switch between enterprise lan which have a proxy (RJ45) and the fast ADSL(WLAN) .... the proxy doesn't change ...
