For the windows? The titlebars have Sans as their font.

XFCE addicted 8)

ktorrent is most usable for me. Transmission doesn't have queuing and file selection

That's specto(-svn), it's kind of a universal notifier of things, it tells me about new mails (in gmail and univ's imaps), web-page updates (mostly the ones where homework is posted), and could also notify about file or directory  changes, port access, proceces changes and stuff like that)

And, which fonts are you using ?

DejaVu Sans Book for apps and docs, DejaVu Sans Bold for window borders, DejaVu sans mono book for terminal and fontin for the desktop
