Well, the only windows apps people run are games (most of the time), everything else I can think of has an equal or better linux equivalent.

For Power Tab Editor there is IMHO no linux app that's equal.
And it does not run 100% in wine. :-(

for games I use my Xbox ;-)

I also use Windows for music recording with CuBase.
I had a look at Ardour but I don't like it and I think there are no drivers for my recording hardware in linux...

I just switched to openbox, so my vote for it is there as well

I had a look at Ardour but I don't like it and I think there are no drivers for my recording hardware in linux...

There's also Rosegarden which is more similar to Cubase as for look and feel... good luck for your drivers

It's really strabge that there is no Openbox option when there is Fluxbox...

The results of the survey are out!
According to pro-linux.de (news in german), Arch is in the top 10. Place #8, nice!
