Back from compiz. This is faster, more useable and easier to configure.

What you see is ppenbox with pypanel, the menu buttons in the lower left (apps and pager) are created simulating keypresses using the xdotool (e.g. "xdotool key alt+x"). Filemanager is PCManFM.

Well done! Best fluxbox screenshot ever seen! It makes me want to switch from openbox to fluxbox... maybe for a while.

BTW, what icon theme are you using? Is it possible to use icons in root menu?

The icon theme I'm using is called Mac4Lin, but I've made some modifications (i'm using the back/forward/refresh/stop buttons from Tango SVN, and a few other things from here and there).

I'm actually not sure if Fluxbox supports icons in the root menu, as I like it without them so I've never looked into it, I've only been using fluxbox since yesterday, after a couple months with Openbox.

I've just started playing around with Fluxbox, and according to the gentoo wiki you can with this syntax.

 [exec] (gnome-terminal) {gnome-terminal} <~/.icons/xterm.xpm>
      [exec] (firefox) {firefox} <~/.icons/firefox.xpm>
      [exec] (Run) {fbrun } <~/.icons/run.xpm>

xpm icons only though.

Wallpaper is Minimalistic Phoenix, Openbox theme is Onyx (which ships with Openbox) and GTK theme is Clearlooks.  You see, nothing special.

Hehe, there both xfce/emerald in those two shots. Which GTK theme did you want?
