I'll try and interest someone in this fvwm config. Initially written by Tavis Ormandy inspired by QNX Photon.
His original work follows the looks of Photon much closer, with icons and monitors... http://taviso.decsystem.org/software.html
I've been using it for about 3 years, sometimes changing basic looks but nothing else, because this is the most functional desktop setup I've ever seen or used.
Panels can hide, "swallow" other apps, numerous key bindings (no need to reach for you mouse) but also mouse gestures, you can have a quake like console with any terminal emulator no need to install specific like yakuake, and tons of other things that make fvwm most powerfull wm today (or better to say a scripting language for writing your own wm).
For looks I have settled on Clearlooks, Klearlooks and Win-Clearlooks for wine a long time ago, resulting in a unified desktop. My own config with all other details is here

You need to install an RTFM interface.

Yeah, I've been meaning to mess around with fvwm lately just haven't got the time and actually started using GNOME again....
Fvwm is a very powerful window manager indeed, but it requires some time to set up. Nice configuration you got there though, I'll definitely try it out !
