No extras its in kdemod4:

Only extras are the slimglow plasma theme. sunburn/zenburn colorscheme and qtcurve.
Kdemod 4.0.2 should be out soonish too.

@Zepp, i use awesome-git with the font "bitstream vera sans"
@Sjoden, just Statusbar (Awesome wm) and widget/tasklist/ as a bottom panel
@Gigamo, i ve switched to awesome recently, config it's unfinished: here

I don't have KDE4 yet. Probably in kcontrol you can configure only qt4 style. You can try to set up qt3 style with: 

/opt/qt/bin/qtconfig

PS: I've used it in opposite way with KDE3 - configuring qt3 in kcontrol and qt4 in qtconfig.

Yes tried that but it won't find the qtcurve theme in the list... It could be some kde/ kde4/ kdemod conflict at this point.
(also kdemod4 likes to overwrite themesettings alot)
