Only just noticed: Somehow my recent password recovery attempt went wrong, featuring user "bernacher" instead of "bernarcher" now. This is especially awkward because I do get notified twice now on certain packages.

As I still cannot login as "bernarcher" so please
- reset the "bernarcher" (with "r") account so that I can log in again
- remove the "bernacher" (without "r") account

Uhm, 11 months ago someone wrote a password recovery patch for AUR and it got committed into the git repo in a few weeks.

Can we get that thing pushed into the live site, so we can close this thread?

@dcc24 this is not the right place about asking for details. I'm not familiar with aur development and you should ask for clarification on aur-dev. Maybe is an issue with that implementation and needs more love

Oh man, after you reset the password aurvote complained about a wrong password in the config file. So I had the password on my filesystem all the time :-D

By the way: How do I figure out, what the new password is?
