No, its my personal one, based on 0.6's scripts. it detects wireless networks, even if card doesnt support scan, and is nice and verbose.

Created a new (my first) theme for e17 tonight, it is based out of the Gant theme, then modified with a macos X look (or atleast it does fall into my tast for the moment )
Here it is (small version)
big version:

damn thats nice, it looks like e17 is pretty usable now. have you noticed anything important missing or are you able to use it as your desktop all the time>
Offline
I use it as my primary desktop, things are missing (I for one misses focus on new windows) but it is usable...and it is quite fast and it is eyecandy all the way
It feel pretty stable (although I have noticed that if one uses "click to focus" then it will sometimes be unresponsive (until you change to another desktop with alt-fx)
There are however some initial work getting the menues and programicons and themes up and running,...but then...*wow*

I've been cleaning up my system so here it goes:
Openbox + torsmo + netwmpager + hpanel and a background from www.digitalblasphemy.com .
Very lightweight as my laptop is only 300 MHz and 128 Mb RAM.

Ok, ion3's cool factor just shot right through the roof with the last few scripts i added into it.
last one was a conventional workspace *on top* of the normal one. And I can toggle it's visibility with a key combo. Awesome for running, glade, xmms, bmp, gimp or nautilus.
before: https://iphitus.no-ip.org/screenshots/010706-4.png

after:

having glade on that second workspace while working on Archie, rocks!
im also runing the min_tab script which hides the tabs from the top of windows when theres only one window in the frame....
I could even put gdesklets/adesklets on it, to make an apple dashboard wannabe!

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!
NEW SCREENSHOTS SHOULD NOW BE POSTED IN THE NEW JULY THREAD HERE:

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
Offline
want to move my screenshots over as they're from July?
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED? whatcha gonna do?
Offline
move posts to the trollbin and re-entitle them "I'm a dumbass" - how's that for starters?
It is impossible to split from one thread and append to a current thread unfortunately iph - if you want to get some feedback on them and are afraid they will be missed you have my permission to double post them over in the new thread
Sorry about the new thread being locked - i forgot about it - if some asshat hadn't posted in there when i posted it in june I wouldn't have to have done!
Thanks for the heads up by the way
Offline
ah ok, that's cool
I'll post some new ones soon
Thanks for doing this with the new thread each month, it's not much fun (I did it once on another forum...) but it is worth it for the order it provides.
