Re: June 2008 Screenshots

@sniffles: the statusbar in the top looks like snap from the artwiz fonts collection, and the terminal font looks like a font from the proggy font set, but I am not too sure about that one.

Re: June 2008 Screenshots

From minimalistic awesome to a full kde for me, mostly because everything just intergrates this way.  I love tweaking but just haven't got to much time for it at the moment with 12hr days at work and all smile

Re: June 2008 Screenshots

The window border is not kwin, it's compiz, that could be good or bad depending on your views. It comes as part of the standard compiz packages.  It's called blackline.

As for qt.  It is the polyester style that comes with kdemod with a few tweaks in some of it's options. i.e the scrollbar width and colour.  The colours have also been changed.

Oh SNAP! It actually - is - snap :-/ Got tricked by a screenshot which I thought displayed SNAP but actually didn't. Thanks sm4tik, you're ok. I'm inviting you over for my hanukkah party.

Thank's for the invitation! You're also welcome to spend time at our juhannus party this weekend..just don't drink n' drown like most of us here seem to have a tendency to atleast try if not succeed wink

Oh btw, when do you celebrate hanukkah according to our earthly calendar, I'm not thta familiar with Magrathea's dates and times?

Hehe.. I'll let you know when the time is right (easier, too lazy to compute the earth date).

Not a desktop screenshot btw, it's TWIN. Right now in CLI I use either TWIN or screen to manage multiple "terminal" sessions (can't decide yet they're both good), and in X I'm still attached to XFCE. Can't complain.
