Re: Interests in ArchLinux Schwag for Europe?

FTR, I saw a beta of the new site a few months ago, but I think Daniel let this slide for now.

In the meantime, I'd like to address some of the concerns with the main Arch Schwag shops ( http://schwag.archlinux.ca/ and http://www.zazzle.com/archlinux* ):

1) Zazzle does support PayPal now. I just bought something using it two days ago. smile
2) Zazzle's international shipping is very reasonably priced (but can be slow to get across borders)
3) Arch Linux Jewellery is manufactured in and shipped from Europe already. (but it didn't take long to get to North America either!)

As always thanks for supporting Arch. I get notification of each product purchased and it always makes my day a little brighter. :-)

Great idea.

Does anyone know what the shipping costs for the USB key are on http://schwag.archlinux.ca/? (to Belgium and/or others nearby)

5 $ Shipping
Total is:  $43.00 USD = ~ €31.76 EUR (according to paypal)
If the Christmas offer still stands :)

Afaik there are only legal problems (taxes etc.) which are keeping Daniel from "going online".

Re: Interests in ArchLinux Schwag for Europe?

FTR, International Shipping from the Arch Schwag shops ( http://schwag.archlinux.ca and http://www.zazzle.com/archlinux* ) is not unreasonable and we do ship everywhere.

I'm not trying to advertise, I just wanted to indicate that you have this option until someone sets up.

Also the archux shop located in the UK has a few pieces of merchandise.

Re: Interests in ArchLinux Schwag for Europe?

I'd also be interested in this, it'd be nice.  So far I haven't really had to urge to buy anything yet, but if I did I'd probably prefer getting one from nearby (since, logically, I would think shipping time isn't quite as long tongue), I'm not a very patient person lol.
