Exactly the same as July except for that I have conky instead of gkrellm now... and I still haven't really decided on colours for conky yet.

Wallpaper please?

Hey all, thought I'd drop in and say hi with a screenshot.

clean

messy
msypa6.th.png

It's xmonad with dzen running for the statusbars.  All the configs where nabbed from lots of random places with a few changes here and there mainly for colour changes.  The wallpaper is one of ethers (http://ether.deviantart.com/) from one of her packs, forgotten which. sad

Re: August 2008 Screenshots

busy210.png.xs.jpg

No clean shot as the wallpaper creates a 2.5mb png, apparently too much for xs.to to handle. Not that it matters, just crop everything else out but bmpanel and you have it.

Much the same as last month except the wallpaper; I've completely fallen out of the eye-candy rat race. But this way everything is consistent and I don't waste time changing my theme every two weeks (if I'm lucky tongue ).

I've also been testing out urukrama's Openbox keybindings, which are quite wonderful, and trying out a different thunar layout after glancing Moparx's last month. Also just replaced pidgin with emesene after it started mis-behaving, may or may not stick with it depending on how well it performs this time around. I do love that music display plugin though, very nice options.

GTK: Clearlooks
Openbox: Clearlooks
bmpanel: Clearlooks (bit of a theme)
Icons: Tango

Now to give GNU Ice Cat a whirl.
