It's not completely achieved: they still remains some bad pixmaps and the openbox theme isn't yet finished, but I'm pretty satisfied at the moment. 
I'm just discovering lxde, and I must said that it's lightning fast, perfect for my old machine. cool

WM = Openbox
Panel = pypanel
Conky = http://paste.archlinux-br.org/289 (This setup is by ST.x. I just adapted)

Installed openbox on my laptop today. :-)

The reason I have iinstalled openbox is because it's an old laptop, as you can see in the terminal. :-)

What are you using for your volume OSD?

I wrote an xosd script, but it doesn't redraw quickly enough so it doesn't seem very fluid when I change volume.
