What about using gtkstyle-svn from AUR ? It does exactly that.

Cool, didn't know about gtkstyle-svn.  Thanks. smile

Re: October 2008 Screenshots

I've been fiddling around with Arch for a little bit (really enjoying it so far), and this is what I've come up with:

Distro Arch Linux (x86_64)
Kernel 2.6.26-ARCH
WM Openbox
WM Theme Dyne
GTK Dyne
Wall Phosphorous Flame
                manicho.deviantart.com
Apps Tint2, Conky
                Pidgin, urxvt

Hey, I really like this one! Can you provide the colorscheme, background-picture and the
window-decoration-name?

And 2 newbie-questions: How did you make the bar transparent and how did you change the
start-button? It is the regular xfce4-bar, isn't it?

Have you got mpc installed? Because the script needs it.

Wallpaper from deviant art: http://relhom.deviantart.com/art/R-and-B-wide-92282763

The xfce4-panel is patched with this old patch for composite transparency (I use the blur effect from compiz): http://blog.xfce.org/?p=177

The logo is just an .svg image that I made using the default Arch image and the xfce4 Arch logo, you can edit the Xfce menu by right clicking it and replacing the XFCE image, then unclick the text on menu option. Inkscape is a good app to use for all of that.

My murrine theme is one I just made, I haven't shared it with anybody yet..... I might upload it one of these days. The emerald theme is also one I made using the Vista buttons.
