UPDATE: fix the image size mistake pointed out by haxit... many thanks smile

Here is my Desktop. I use XFCE configured to use a visual that remember the *box style (fluxbox, openbox), with a right button menu, a minimal systray+desktop switch, a really nice wallpaper and conky with a nice conkyrc.

Do you know the answer and are making a riddle or you don't know the answer too?

It got me a little bit curious too. tongue

No, I actually have no idea why that's the case. Still, 10 imaginary points if anyone happens to know of a Gretsch model that looks like the one pictured.

Decided to take a few minutes and go red. I think I may go in and change all of the green pidgin 'balls' to red. big_smile

methuselah, how did you keep your icons no transparent on the xfcepanel? or is it a custom panel?

I used this patch on the xfce4-panel: http://www.loculus.nl/xfce/files/panel-cairo.patch

from this page: http://blog.xfce.org/?p=177

It works on both xfce4 w/ compositing, and compiz-fusion. Some panel plugins don't work good (the system tray), and others are just ugly with a gray background (the pager).

Cool, some plugins look super ugly on the xfce4-panel when patched for transparency..... I just don't use those ones.

The arch conkyrc looks really good.
