Re: October 2008 Screenshots

Simple GNOME with default theme and conky.  I had to give up my desktop terminal for it, but I can deal with yakuake for a while.  The conky still needs a bit of work:

Windows was made for looking at success from a distance through a wall of oversimplicity. Linux removes the wall, so you can just walk up to success and make it your own.

Thanks.  I nipped the idea and background from a guy over at the Ubuntu forums, but he wasn't nice enough to post his .conkyrc's in the massive conky thread.  The .conkyrc's are over here:

He probably likes to feel special since he use Ubuntu tongue

But i think it looks really cool.

Here is one of lappies screenshot.  KDEMOD 3 with baghira and kooldock.  Everything is set to auto hide.  Only only turned off the auto hide for the screeny.  Nothing real fancy just clean.

Re: October 2008 Screenshots

I just made my new fall theme..... it's the murrine-svn engine with rgba.... I also used the murrine engine to theme my panel.

RGBA with xfce4 Terminal:

Thunar:

Firefox:

This is with some of the RGBA patches:

Gedit, Thunar (only worked in root), and totem-xine:

The font is Inconsolata, and the vim colourscheme is just default, but with the statusbar bg = 6 and cul bg = 0.
