That's PekWM. I'm beginning to think it's better than Openbox. Uhm, the theme is here and the background is here. The GTK theme is MurrinaTango and the icon set is from GNOME-colors.

One thing I've found is that if you put anything after the -e statement in the command line, then that will be passed to the "-e", instead of to the terminal.
