As you can see, I'm still figuring out the in's and out's of the bash script.  smile  This is KDE 4.2, with little customization.

Plasma theme is Silicon, and the clock is from the plasma theme Oxygen Connections.  (The only plasma theme I could find with anything resembling a normal skin for the clock.)

These are Kwin effects, but I've disabled shadows and a few other things.

Just conky and ratpoison margins.

set padding 0 0 0 18

Put that in your .ratpoisonrc or escape + : and execute it (which you would have to do every time you launch ratpoison.)
