Is that a BMpanel? I tried to use that theme but it wouldnt let me use the icon tray. Could you tell me how you set that up? Thanks!

You can only use the tray if you turn off compositing in the theme config file in 

 /usr/share/bmpanel/themes/arch/theme

by changing this line

use_composite       0

hope that helps. This is true for any bmpanel theme, if you have on compositing the tray will not work.
