Hiya,
I just enabled testing, make sure it's above core in the list.
Run a pacman -Sy then a pacman -S kde and let it upgrade.
I'm using my local ISP's mirror (mirror.internode.on.net), it's accessible to everyone though.
I ended up with:
kdeaccessibility 4.2.2-1
kdeadmin 4.2.2-1
kdeartwork 4.2.2-1
kdebase 4.2.2-1
kdebase-runtime 4.2.2-1
kdebase-workspace 4.2.2-1
kdebindings 4.2.1-1
kdebluetooth 4.0.3-2
kdeedu 4.2.2-1
kdegames 4.2.2-1
kdegraphics 4.2.2-1
kdelibs 4.2.2-1
kdelibs3 3.5.10-2
kdemultimedia 4.2.2-1
kdenetwork 4.2.2-2
kdepim 4.2.2-1
kdepimlibs 4.2.2-1
kdeplasma-addons 4.2.2-1
kdesdk 4.2.2-1
kdetoys 4.2.2-1
kdeutils 4.2.2-1
kdewebdev 4.2.2-1

Thanks for the tip Arkay.
I've done the upgrade and so far so good - it works, at least for the moment - let's see what comes next.
