Hmmm, not so nice. When I ssh on a remote host (with zsh too, same config as on my laptop), keys like Home and End don't work in Emacs unless I set TERM to rxvt or something similar.

I finally switched to rxvt-unicode-256color, which sets TERM to rxvt-256color instead of rxvt-unicode, and this works much better. I only had to change "dircolors -b" to "TERM=xterm-256color dircolors -b" in my .zshrc because dircolors doesn't know about rxvt-256color.
