yikes nethack! Is that for show or do you really play THE GAME? (Yup...that's right...THE GAME! big_smile )
If you plan on playing nethack I suggest you patch it with the menucolor and statuscolor patches

@anrxc: Can you (if the time allows) share all the relevant stuff leading to that bar of yours on the top right? (I'm assuming it's dzen?!). I would like the scripts (weather/email), the dzen script and of course the icons. Cheers

Re: October 2009 Screenshots

For some silly reason, my desktop has become more and more blue over time and I'm sick of it.  So, I'm starting over and going back to gray.  I still need tweak my color scheme much more, but I'm starting to like it.

Openbox, conky, and a desktop terminal (Terminator).

WOW!!! No words... awesome work!!! It looks fantastic!!

Why thank you, I'm quite fond of this one myself.

Incidentally, your wallpaper is fantastic. I like the illusion of depth in your setup.

I used the "stress" program to make fake CPU usage so you could see what the graph looks like.
I used the "cmatrix" program to create the matrix digital rain effect.
The file manager in the screenshot is pcmanfm.
2 conkys were used to create the system monitors.

lol, that's awesome.  How long can you look at that before your whites turn green?

Very nice setup. I hope to have something like that one day, I have been using OpenBox for about a year and hope to get my head around Xmonad or another tiling wm sometime soon.

BTW I was curious, what browser are using in the middle screenshot and can it display images if needed?

Thanks
