i've got the issue, with a laptop...and without floppy...

thanks you schuay - it seems that i can't reproduce the delay following these steps:

> sudo /etc/rc.d/dbus restart
:: Stopping D-BUS system messagebus                                                          [DONE]
:: Starting D-BUS system messagebus                                                          [DONE]

> time udisks --dump
udisks --dump  0,02s user 0,00s system 12% cpu 0,137 total
